Membership Benefits

Membership with the National Workforce Registry Alliance provides registries, training organizations, and national partners the opportunity to benefit from our work to strengthen state registries, standardize the equitable collection and analysis of workforce data, and cultivate space for collaboration.

The dated October 1, 2026–September 30, 2027 pricing notice: $728 discontinued; Enhanced $3,500 default; Premium $6,000 optional; approved hardship transition $2,000.

Types of Memberships:

Enhanced State Registry Membership:

• Includes 10 hours of Technical Assistance from NWRA staff.
• All-Inclusive membership: No other fees (PER/TOR)

Approved Hardship Transition Membership:

• State registries facing budget hardship may request a one-year transition membership for October 1, 2026–September 30, 2027. This option requires a signed hardship request and NWRA approval.
• Includes one person, with participation in Communities of Practice and member listservs.
• Does not include technical assistance, Peer Learning Groups, or quarterly Enhanced/Premium tools and outputs.
• Requires a signed commitment to move to Enhanced ($3,500) or Premium ($6,000) membership beginning October 1, 2027.This transition option ends September 30, 2027, and is not an ongoing membership level.

Enhanced Premium State Registry Membership:

• Includes 20 hours of Technical Assistance from NWRA staff.
• Includes 2 Peer Learning Groups or 1 Peer Learning Group and 1 dedicated project consult

Associate State Registry Membership

A one-year starter membership for first-year and new registry agencies in the process of planning and developing their workforce registry infrastructure and data system.

Corporate Partner

For-profit agencies that support the work of the National Workforce Registry Alliance. Corporate partners include software vendors, consulting agencies, and other national partners. Corporate partners may also apply/renew their TOR status.

Non-Profit Partner

Nor-for-profit national, state or government agencies in support of the National Workforce Registry Alliance. Non-profit partners include foundations and educational institutions.

Non-profit partners may also apply/renew their TOR status.

Individual

This is an individual membership for persons who believe in the mission of the National Workforce Registry Alliance but are not directly linked to a registry or other organization.
