Types of Memberships:
State Registry Membership
- PER States: PER State or Regional Workforce Data System that is operational and PER certified. Annual PER Fee: $250
- Non-PER States
Enhanced State Registry Membership Level 1:
- For PER or Non-PER States: Includes 10 hours of Technical Assistance from NWRA staff.
- All-Inclusive membership: No other fees (PER/TOR) will be due.
****Bonus for FY2025: States opting for this level will receive an additional free hour of TA to plan for using their included membership TA hours over the year.
Enhanced Premium State Registry Membership Level 2:
- For PER or Non-PER States: Includes 20 hours of Technical Assistance from NWRA staff.
- All-Inclusive membership: No other fees (PER/TOR) will be due.

Associate State Registry Membership
A one-year starter membership for registry agencies in the process of planning and developing a workforce data system.
Corporate Partner
For-profit agencies that support the work of the National Workforce Registry Alliance. Corporate partners include software vendors, consulting agencies and other national partners. Corporate partners may also apply/renew their TOR status.
Non-Profit Partner
Nor-for-profit national, state or government agencies in support of the National Workforce Registry Alliance. Non-profit partners include foundations and educational institutions. Non-profit partners may also apply/renew their TOR status.
Individual
This is an individual membership for persons who believe in the mission of the National Workforce Registry Alliance but are not directly linked to a registry or other organization.
